My background is around marketing and events, but I’ve also had some good years working with children in non-formal and adventure education. As a person, I am very passionate about mountain hiking, writing & reading, coffee, dogs, traveling, and, of course, lifestyle balance.
During my maternity leave, I have decided to take a formal step and certify in nutrition, motivated by my desire to maintain a healthy weight and foster a mindful relationship with food, not just for myself but also for my daughter.
